Frontal Sinus Drainage Tetherwork: 20-Point Manual Therapy Release (6 CEUs for LMTs)
This 6-hour intensive advanced course teaches a 20-point Tetherwork protocol for frontal sinus congestion using precise manual therapy techniques. Timed for peak allergy season, this approach focuses on improving fluid movement, reducing tissue restriction, relieving sinus pressure, and decreasing discomfort, with observable changes in drainage and tissue tone. This system is driven by NAV (nerve, artery, vein) based testing to identify and prioritize restriction points along the frontal sinus pathway. The protocol moves from the neck to the cranium base, then through facial and intraoral access points into direct release of the soft palate. The soft palate is a key restrictor of frontal sinus drainage and influences cranial vascular dynamics. Four targeted techniques are performed in this region and practitioners must be comfortable working in these sensitive areas. This is the most advanced manual therapy class the MSK Academy has offered publically to date.
It includes a step-by-step manual that walks practitioners through all 20 release points in sequence, making the material easy to follow, apply, and review after class. The techniques are practical, immediately applicable, and consistently produce observable changes within a single session. Practitioners leave with a repeatable system they can implement immediately in clinical practice.
Real client reviews
"I drained for two days straight after that treatment."
"I did not even know there was a problem and I drained for two hours after the session."
"I can actually smell now."
Prior coursework with MSK Academy is not required, but strongly recommended. This is a fast-paced course designed for experienced practitioners who can keep up with advanced material, including comfort with intraoral work onto the soft pallate.
